Is UPTET Compulsory ?

Applicant of BTC 2004 to 2010 filed PIL against compulsion of UPTET for appointment. They deny that TET is compulsory for Teachers appointment.

UPTET has raised question against the B.Ed. and BTC and special BTC that was earlier compulsory for teacher’s recruitment.
