Documents Required for Uttar Pradesh Assistant Primary Teacher Counselling 2020 
Candidates have to carry the below-mentioned list of original documents, and two sets of photocopies to the document verification.

उम्मीदवारों को मूल दस्तावेजों की नीचे-उल्लेखित सूची और दस्तावेज़ सत्यापन के लिए फोटोकॉपी के दो सेट ले जाने हैं।

1. Admit Card/Hall Ticket
2. UP Assistant Teacher Score Card
3. Marks Certificate of 10th class and inter
4. Study and Conduct Certificate from VI to Inter
5. Parents Income Certificate
6. Aadhar Card
7. Local Status Certificate if applicable
8. Residence Certificate
9. Community certificate for OBC/ST/SC candidates
10. Transfer Certificate

Other Important Information :

1. Even if there is no other name in place of the applicant in DD, there is no problem, some districts are also asking for a character certificate, character certificate will be found in the stationery shop.

2. Everyone has to make affidavit of Rs 100, affidavit of Rs 10 is for married and for any kind of error, you can use affidavit of Rs 10. Get the counseling form made in non-judicial stamp paper of Rs 10. The rest of this form will be found in the counseling center.

3. The format of the affidavit is of the same kind, take out and build any one district. Prepare the paper well, check again and again, nothing is missed.

4. Those who do not know on which date our counseling will take place, find out in the BSA / DIET office of the district concerned.
