चयन हाई स्कूल , इंटर और स्नातक में प्राप्त अंको के आधार पर किया जायेगा। मैरिट को ही प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी और केंद्रीकृत विज्ञापन को निरस्त करते हुए संशोधित नियमावली के अनुसार ही नए सिरे से जिला स्टार पर नए विज्ञापन जरी किये जायेंगे
