UPTET2011 : Hearing on special appeal is stay till next date of recruitment of teachers (advertisement)

Stay on recruitment for 72,825 teachers in State has been increased from Feb 14, 2012 till next hearing. The Advertisement should be release by the Officer of Basic Shiksha of all districts but it was released on same day by the Office of Education Council of State. So court has found it was wrong practice done by the office of Education Council and ordered to listed in next list.

TET Scam all are involved in this scam from up to down. on the name of recruitment they have taken money. the secretary of madhyamik shiksha parishad is also unknown from the day the director been arrested from January 12, 2012. according to police a week before secretary was asked to show all the related document what will assist in the searching of whole phenomena.  But they didn't get anything on the otherhand, secretary is not available on that day. That is making her role doubtful. Six senior officer's of department has to be inquire about the whole scam according to the police.

UPTET2011 exam can be dismissed after checking the answer sheets that sealed in a room of education directorate  under tight security. security guards taking care of that room to get rid of any mishappening regarding the answersheets, which has been emerged a blunder in education department. 

The committee of senior officials in under process of inquiry. It is assumed that  UPTET2011 exam will be cancel as the senior officers of committee are thinking.

It is also known that 10,000 answer sheets was submitted blank at the time of exam and will get filled after taking bribe. In this corruption has emerged in the field of education which is known as the fair and beneficial to all. but now people will take care of this. 

In the earlier administrative departments were used to do this. but this incident occurred on a large scale.

Till now the officers of UPMCCB are  unknown that where the answer sheets are kept and after the arresting of director it is started to disclose where the copies are, but they couldn't tell about the where are answer sheets are kept. Now the searching of answer sheets are being started and UPTET exam is on the way of cancelling.

New options of UPTET is being finding to get rid of the insulting which is due to the revealing of the UPTET scam, which has been emerged a new scam in education system. The government is searching a new way to solve the problems. But the rules which were made for this are hurdles in the way of proper solutions.

After the arresting of director the whole matter has come in front of public. Some officials are suggesting changing the norms for TET and it is also suspected that uptet examination will be held cancelled.

The recruitment will be the basis of BTC the amended orders will be announced, if any, that is for 72,825 candidates.

Sanjay Mohan, director of madhyamik shiksha suspected as scam leader of uptet2011. It was earlier suspected that there was something behind the amended results of uptet2011 again and again. Their plan was to take Rs. 12 crore from 800 people after making changes in the result.

On the name of recruitment of teachers and arranging the exam of uptet they were already engaged in this malpractice. Departmental enquiry will be on the accused of uptet exam and result.

Prescribed Advertisement for UPTET2011 is challenged in court through special appeal  and reply has been given by state government. 

BTC & special BTC filed the special appeal to remove the compulsion of TET in teachers appointment, which has been stay till Feb 14, 2012. on the otherhand exemption by TET Compulsion and inclusion in TET without giving TET exam it has already been dismissed.
