Stay on recruitment for 72,825 teachers in State has been increased from Feb 14, 2012 till next hearing. The Advertisement should be release by the Officer of Basic Shiksha of all districts but it was released on same day by the Office of Education Council of State. So court has found it was wrong practice done by the office of Education Council and ordered to listed in next list.

TET Scam all are involved in this scam from up to down. on the name of recruitment they have taken money. the secretary of madhyamik shiksha parishad is also unknown from the day the director been arrested from January 12, 2012. according to police a week before secretary was asked to show all the related document what will assist in the searching of whole phenomena.  But they didn't get anything on the otherhand, secretary is not available on that day. That is making her role doubtful. Six senior officer's of department has to be inquire about the whole scam according to the police.

The government is searching a new way to solve the problems. But the rules which were made for this are hurdles in the way of proper solutions.

After the arresting of director the whole matter has come in front of public. Some officials are suggesting changing the norms for TET and it is also suspected that uptet examination will be held cancelled.

BTC & special BTC filed the special appeal to remove the compulsion of TET in teachers appointment, which has been stay till Feb 14, 2012. on the otherhand exemption by TET Compulsion and inclusion in TET without giving TET exam it has already been dismissed.

UPTET Advertisement of November, 2011 is challenged in Highcourt and the teachers’ recruitment is postponed till the case is not finalized.

It seems that the UPTET exam was only for the disturbing the candidate was interested in teaching Job. After the TET exam their position is in fix and they have no choice until waiting.

Firstly, it had errors in question papers Secondly, its result. Thirdly, its option of districts choosing for recruitment and then application form and now govt. is saying that, candidates haven’t filled their form properly. 

Sometimes it seems like true that, State Government has done it only for money making for their elections. Otherwise, with the start of examination form till its process of recruitment why, the government put so much of obstacles. It means Government has no intention for completing the   recruitment of teachers and the candidates are still waiting with their dreams and unemployment.
